Terms and Conditions for Big Air Indoor Bike Park Unlimited Yearly & Term Memberships
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Unlimited Yearly and School Term Memberships at Big Air Indoor Bike Park. By purchasing this membership, you must agree to comply with all terms set out.
Memberships
School Term membership dates will be advertised on Big Air Web Page. School Term Memberships are valid for one Term Only. Participation in all park activities, subject to adherence to park rules and regulations.
Hire: Normal Bike, Scooter and Helmet hire charges apply per session.
Membership Requirements
Waiver: All riders must have a signed and valid waiver on file before using the park facilities. This waiver must be updated as required.
Rider: Memberships are for one nominated rider only. Memberships can not be shared or transferred.
Park Rules: Members must adhere to all park rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the membership without refund.
Coaching Sessions: During scheduled coaching sessions, fair play rules must be followed. Members must allow coaches to utilise the area for coaching purposes, members may be required to move to other areas as directed by park staff.
Age Policy: Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or be an approved rider by park management. Members aged between 12-15 years may ride unaccompanied by an adult, subject to the discretion of park management. Members over the age of 15 years may ride unaccompanied by an adult but must follow all park rules.
Active Engagement: Members are encouraged to actively participate in riding activities while in the park. Remaining for long periods of non riding time may result in a membership review as this does not align with the intended purpose of the riding membership.
Booking Recommendations: Members will be provided with a promo code to use to book online sessions. During peak, school holidays or weekends it is recommended that members book their sessions in advance to secure a spot. Sessions are subject to closure if maximum rider numbers are reached. Members may not be able to enter the session if not booked online.
Fair Play Policy of a maximum of 3 x 1 hour consecutive sessions can be booked online during Peek, School Holidays or Weekends. This is to ensure all riders have fair access to session times.
Final Session: Early closure during the final session hour of normal operating hours may occur if no riders are booked in or present prior to the start of the final session.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend booked sessions without prior cancellation may result in a membership review. Continued no-shows may lead to restrictions or cancellation of the membership.
Skateboards: The use of Skateboards is only during scheduled Skate session or at the discretion of Park Management. No skateboards can be used during Bike and Scooter Sessions unless Park management approve their use.
Park Operations
Maintenance Closures:
- The park is subject to closure without prior notice for urgent maintenance.
- The Park will be closed for scheduled maintenance which normally occurs for one week following the NSW school holidays. All maintenance closure dates will be listed on the Big Air web page.
Extreme Weather: The park may close in the event of extreme heat or other adverse weather conditions. Members will be informed as soon as possible regarding such closures.
Private and Group Bookings: On occasions, the park may be closed for private or group bookings. Members will be notified in advance if such closures occur.
Jams and Competitions:
Members will receive early access to scheduled jams and competitions, providing an opportunity to register before non-members. Members not entered will not be able to access the park during jams and competitions.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled at any time by Big Air Indoor Bike Park if a member fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- No Refund or credits will be provided if a membership is cancel for any reason.
Right to refuse: Big Air Management and Staff reserve the right to refuse, review or cancel memberships at anytime.
Note: Memberships have limited numbers per year. If membership numbers have been reached, a waiting list will be activated. Current members will be offered a renewal membership one week prior to the expiry of their membership, if not accepted and paid prior to the expiry date, the membership will be offered to the first person/s on the waiting list.
