Terms and Conditions for Big Air Indoor Bike Park Unlimited Yearly Membership

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 8 week School Term Membership at Big Air Indoor Bike Park. By purchasing this membership, you agree to comply with all terms set out.

 Membership Benefits:

- Unlimited access to Big Air Indoor Bike Park during all operating hours for a period of 8 weeks of the NSW School Term - a 9th week maybe activated if maintenance is not required in the last week of the school Term. Dates to be set by Park Management.- Participation in all park activities, subject to adherence to park rules and regulations.

- Early access to scheduled jams and competitions for members.

 Membership Requirements:

1. Waiver: All riders must have a signed and valid waiver on file before using the park facilities. This waiver must be updated as required.

2. Park Rules: Members must adhere to all park rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the membership without refund.

 3. Coaching Sessions: During scheduled coaching sessions, fair play rules must be followed. Members must allow coaches to utilise the area for coaching purposes and may be required to move to other area as directed by park staff.

 4. Age Policy: Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or be an approved rider by park management. Members aged between 12-15 years may ride unaccompanied by an adult, subject to the discretion of park management. Members over the age of 15 may ride unaccompanied by an adult but must follow all park rules. 

 5. Booking Recommendations: During weekends it is recommended that members book their sessions in advance to secure a spot. Sessions are subject to closure if maximum rider numbers are reached and members may not be able to entry the session.

 6. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend booked sessions without prior cancellation may result in a membership review. Continued no-shows may lead to restrictions or cancellation of the membership.

 7. Park Operations:

Maintenance Closures:

-The park is subject to closure without prior notice for urgent maintenance.

  - The Park will be closed for scheduled maintenance which normally occurs for one week following the NSW school holidays. Members will be notified in advance of any scheduled maintenance closures.

  8. Extreme Weather: The park may close in the event of extreme heat or other adverse weather conditions. Members will be informed as soon as possible regarding such closures.

 9. Private Bookings: On rare occasions, the park may be closed for private bookings. Members will be notified in advance if such closures occur.10. Jams and Competitions:

- Members will receive early access to scheduled jams and competitions, providing an opportunity to participate before non-members.

 11.Membership Cancellation:

• Membership may be canceled at any time by Big Air Indoor Bike Park if a member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
• No Refund or credits will be provided if a membership is cancelled for any reason. 

 12. Memberships are for one nominated rider only. Memberships can not be shared or transferred.

13: The use of Skateboards is only during schedule Skate session or at the discretion of Park Management. No skateboards can be used during Bike and Scooter Sessions unless Park management approve their use. 

14. Membership have limited numbers per term. If membership numbers have been reached, a waiting list will be activated. 

By purchasing a School Term Membership, you and the nominated rider acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Your continued membership is contingent upon adherence to these policies.
